Cuddly Baby inspects every item carefully before it is shipped. If upon arrival you find the item to be damaged or defective please contact us immediately. Any items which are returned to us and not faulty, will only be accepted by us in its original packaging and with the invoice that we emailed to you, these items must be unused, unworn and returned back within 30 days of the date you received the item.
When you return a Product to us we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective Product.
